Samsung order can cancel? I think they mess up my installment plan. My bank show they charge full amount without installment on my card. Full amount payable this month.

I remember my samsung installment is not by ipay88, cant remember the provider name.

Msg Samsung and in system show installment and ask me go figure out with my bank myself, not their problem.

Call my bank they say ask me wait 2 more working days and see because scare the provider didnt submit the installment request on time and it might takes few working days to convert to installment.

1st time had this problem with installment, samsung really sucks..all my installments on the spot charged as installment no need convert. Wonder anyone had same problem?

In that case i think i choose the shitty one FIU...wrong move...now my full amount already show on latest statement due on 14/02. Damn..i hope they revert it soon.

From my experience, perform manual backup on WhatsApp.
Then turn off data / WiFi, this is to prevent new messages / media from messing up your current manual backup.
Get OTG with thumbdrive and copy the folder Internal Storage/Android/Media/com.whatsapp/WhatsApp
This will be very time consuming depending how large your data.

Upon completion, paste this folder in the same location as new Phone with WhatsApp installed WITHOUT login in first.
After finishing transfering, only then you login and WhatsApp will search cloud / local backup. It should recover everything.

Any new content or message will then continue from the offline backup you did previously.

Are you sure its 6%? I order 1st day and the 1st day promo (23-Jan - 1 day offer only) for Shopback was 5%. After the 1st day, the rebate is set to 3%.

As I know, the 6% is for aircond, TV, fridge, etc.

Go in Shopback, search for Samsung and look at the rebate % base on category.
This is the current rebate at Shopback today. It maybe different on 1st Feb previously.


Edit: Looks like yours is 1.8% as per Mobile phone category. You should have went for Shopback plus, get additional RM30 bucks. 1st month is free, after that is RM4 a month. But you can cancel it after that. You also can get enjoy the perks they offer.

Well its still not a lost, you still get the rebate, just lesser. And remember to setup your bank details later so that you can wire back to your desired bank. But the cash rebate may take a while to get it on Shopback.

I dont think there is a way to trace back on the offer. I really doubt that 6% was offered as even 5% was offered for only 1 day. If a person jump on the 5% 1day only promo just to find out that they offer 6% after that, then they sure get complain like hell.

To answer your question, i think only the CS can know that.
