Just a quick update to this case

I called to Proton Care to ask regarding the status of my case. The service centre have send in the service report that the car has no issues that mentioned by customer. We advise customer to left the car but customer reject. Hence, nothing that they can do to help.

I am literally pissed off with this kind of sc when they told me to left my car there for their technician to drive daily until the problem pop out instead of inspection.

Hopeless kind of 3S service centre.

Are you thinking of selling it? If not, you got to consider what else you can do to make it better.

Not sure what’s the value of this 1 month old car..

Left with 70k? And I need to pay bank interest again I believe? Another 25k loss?

If you're unwilling to bear that rm25k loss, then you have to work with what you have and think of a solution along that line.

I did gave them to test drive the car. But currently they request to drop the car to let them drive daily until the problem pop out again.

some issues happen when car is running, car sit there even they remove the parts put it back the issue sometimes just wont show

go to another SC that is better..ask here or social media or whatever..put car there let them diagnose it

have no choice now, even they drive few km thats just what it is..now you are just donkey-ing around no where..you rant you complain end up you dont let them help you problems cant solve

find another sc put car there, let them diagnose..if cant solve then you complain until they get it right

sorry for being harsh but just trying to give some common sense to you

I not sure whether is it there any Proton service centre directly in Sabah Kota Kinabalu though.

But they are the authorised service centre I believed.

Viral might worry to get a LOD from Proton instead and I don't want my retire fund is used to hire a lawyer if this happened.

Yes! I do send email to Protoncare daily and almost twice a day. But not getting a reply from then even they promised 24 hours working hours.

I called to ask for status, they mentioned that they already asked SC to contact me, but SC no contact me though.

Request to complain that particular SC but Proton hotline said they can't do that. If need complain, write in. But write in, nobody cares or nobody reply.

No worries, I just don't trust the sc and their SOP in doing stuffs. I believe if you're here, you won't be leaving your car there as well after the bad experience.

We don't have much SC over here, just dominated by 2 main service centres that I already visited.

Both don't do any OBD scan or inspection on the car, just by visual checking the rotor and driving it by rev high and emergency stop.

Either send it to another SC for a fresh check/diagnostics or you negotiate a loan car from the SC that you is asking you to leave the car overnight for them to check.
