Consistency is key with your gym routine but the biggest key to unlocking better body is diet

If you eat bakuteh everyday then don’t expect good physique if your calory burnt is lower than consumed

Also I feel best exercise to do to reduce weight is fasted cardio. Sure feel like shit but body learn how to burn fat instead of gylgocen store

I can understands your frustration. 1 year with less than desirable results makes plenty of people giving up.
Your best bet is to seek professional service like a trainer, where they can point out where you have not been doing right. eg. Intensity, diet, frequency, form and technic.
If you can't afford one or do not wish to engage one.
You can stay tune in here by bumping this thread.
Tell us your current body type, height and weight for us to have some idea what you need to change and adapt to.

What I can say is, if you doing everything, gym and diet correctly, you should able to see good result in 6 months and further improvement in a year.
To identify what are your issues, try to recall back what you were before -when you 1st started out gym workout seriously compares to now.
By reviewing the below statistics will give you an idea on what are required to change.
Before and After body weight;
muscle sizes;
Body Mass Index;
working out in the gym on average how many Sets X repetitions per week per muscle group.
load increase progressively, when was the noticeable strength improvements.
Which muscle groups you are concentrating on and which you hardly do.
Diet change by eating clean to prepare your body for change eg. From Too much Junk food, Sugar or carbs.
Let say, if you can't answer most of the questions I have for you above, then you seriously needs a few lessons with a qualified trainer, at the least for a short term, as you need to rectify your mistakes and to know what further steps need to be done to transform your body. A gym that has the right equipment is not a necessity but it helps, whereas your local condo gym lacks equipment cater for your needs.

U must be train like man, eat man's eat. Playing with man
Aerobic exercise is not for man, don't jogging, don't treadmill

Muscles growth need analerobic exercises. Oldman pull barbell can build big butt, bench press build big boob and tight arms
Every woman must manostart before manostop

Gym without nutrition from supplement is not effective. Combination of workout, diet & supplement is the most effective.

Probably abit late in this but at least I don't feel alone too. I am about the same body size too.

I started 1y 2m, I did put on some muscle during 1st 2 months but progress remain slow throughout my 1year.

My conclusion there is really no short cut. You need to increase the weight that you do, progressive overload. You have the $ hire the trainer for 6 months to get your form right. After that, continue on your own.

You are probably consider skinny by normal people.

It's a journey not a destination.
