So I started gym a year ago dilligently but I am still not muscular. Are there tips? My main goal is to build thigh and butt, flat stomach and reduce my arm flap.

QUOTE(Mac Wai @ Nov 3 2024, 10:18 AM) I can understands your frustration. 1 year with less than desirable results makes plenty of people giving up. pear body type, 165cm, 55kgYour best bet is to seek professional service like a trainer, where they can point out where you have not been doing right. eg. Intensity, diet, frequency, form and technic. If you can't afford one or do not wish to engage one. You can stay tune in here by bumping this thread. Tell us your current body type, height and weight for us to have some idea what you need to change and adapt to. |
