As a buyer, I've recently tried ordering from Lazada, and then regretted ordering from after I realized how much the lazada delivery sucks. I wanted to give them the benefit of doubts and ordered another item from both local and overseas sellers, and both times the package arrived squash or smashed, resulting in 1 of the item broken after opening the package. When I tried to chat with the lazada team for a refund, all I got was a bot AI chat instead of a real staff. Not to mentioned, the delivery time for Lazada is about 1 week to deliver locally, and 2-3 weeks from overseas China, while Shopee takes 2-3 days locally, and only 1 week+ for China overseas.

So now, I rather buy from Shopee even though the item listed in Lazada is cheaper, cause shipping time and delivery quality in Shopee is much better than in Lazada.

My air cond fan faulty on arrival but seller just dont allow refund. Lucky lazada approved that.
