I don't think this is a problem for most sellers unless maybe their area courier point is unreliable (open close whenever they want type) or rely on pick up van but shopee has been upping fee few times already. Even guardian starting to have better deals on their own app/site.

You can't but some sellers have same-day shipping options. These are contracted to your abang rider but of course it also comes with much higher fee.

Meanwhile 30% profit margin has become exceptionally high. This means that in most cases, shopee makes more than the sellers themselves but sellers bears all the risk.

Obviously they don't give a fak cause they think they've won the competition. As soon as they raise, Lazada just follows suit. This is just same shit with Uber VS Grab last time but Malaysians love to take sides and stay loyal to one.
