If order is placed before 2pm, must be same day lor...

Same day delivery isn't it just an option? It cost more to have it send on the same day rite? If buyer willing to pay for it, should be no issue rite?

i usually use grab for urgent. deliver in 1hour.

Shipper to ship and SDD are two different things la diu.

I don't think this is a problem for most sellers unless maybe their area courier point is unreliable (open close whenever they want type) or rely on pick up van but shopee has been upping fee few times already. Even guardian starting to have better deals on their own app/site.

Nothing related to buyers. Just sellers must commit to ship out within the same day if order is placed before 2pm. If after, must be next day before 6pm.

Tried before few times, Shopee rider will delivery your parcel once packed by seller. You can live track the rider location.

You can't but some sellers have same-day shipping options. These are contracted to your abang rider but of course it also comes with much higher fee.

keep increase fees + change of mind free return sohai rules.
