Nothing related to buyers. Just sellers must commit to ship out within the same day if order is placed before 2pm. If after, must be next day before 6pm.

Shopee sellers must always be the last person who send message to the buyer to end the conversation. Else, the seller will be counted for late response/reply.


Buyer: Thank you.
Seller: Must reply something: You are welcome
Buyer: Send emotion SMILE
Seller: Must reply something to end the conversation

Else, seller will be marked as late response in chat

K/tard if wanna play with seller, always send emoticon to seller. The seller will be always replied you something coz they dont want to be marked as late!

Ya, I know this. I am a seller and I bought thing from one seller. I need to maintain my chat rate response so I always reply something.

The seller sent me no need to reply anything because they are seller, they need to reply. I told them, I am seller also.

Then the seller told me I am the buyer, won't affect. But it is not. It is affected and my chat response from 100% to 50%

Sometimes I feel that SHopee or Lazada designed too many complex programs that putar-pulih the sellers and buyers.
