Well maxis screwed up semalam. Their prepder every time got problem. The option for self pick up at the store wasnt available. Now have to wait at home and hopefully not like the ipong 11 debacle where ppl have to wait everyday at home and delivery never turned up. And they demanded ic verification. Then maxis give up cos failed and asked PO to call the courier comoany ourselves and check. God! Why their managers all highly pid but totally useless

QUOTE(skycrew @ Sep 14 2024, 09:43 AM) if you single not so much. If you have family and kids then it justify. One can just pay rm25 prepaid for what they need for data and calls for a per month with prepaid now. Comes with auto top up function that can function like postpaid. Why pay extra for something not needed…Digi one pro rm201 monthly for the plan which include rm129 fibre plan (300mbps) So 201-129 = rm72 for the call+data plan. Now this plan allow you to have 6 supp line which cost rm20 per line. If you give 1 to your wife and 1 to your kid. Now you do the math whether this plan cheaper or paying monthly for prepaid cheaper. or if no wife/kid can still use the supp line for other devices/car cam recorder/car android player. If one needs 0% interest instalment plan and sign up postpaid plan and buy phone can understand but I think Apple Store bolehland can do the same also. QUOTE(OKLY @ Sep 14 2024, 10:28 AM) If one uses case I dun think it matters, my iPhone 14 Pro la purple colour is on stainless steel but after 2 years now still no sign of scratches etc…So it is a matter of how u protect the phone. QUOTE(hksgmy @ Jul 19 2024, 03:10 PM) Aiyo… you’ve fallen into the same trap as me… I upgraded incessantly from the X to the 12 then, 13 and 14 and now 15 …. but I vowed to myself that I’ll break this vicious cycle and resist the temptation… Still holding on to my Xmax. IP16 also has same design, nothing different from the 12-15. My Xmax still going strong except for batt power but I hv power banks and charge points everywhere in my hse so not a problem. The new Huawei 3x foldable makes a compelling choice with new design and tech, just the shitty OS and Sec updates no match to apple o/s. zhlo liked this post

Comes with auto top up function that can function like postpaid. Why pay extra for something not needed… Bruh calculate properly. It way cheaper than your prepaid. But you must meet the criteria first. If one needs 0% interest instalment plan and sign up postpaid plan and buy phone can understand but I think Apple Store bolehland can do the same also. If one uses case I dun think it matters, my iPhone 14 Pro la purple colour is on stainless steel but after 2 years now still no sign of scratches etc… So it is a matter of how u protect the phone. Rm1279 rebate for highest spec iphone. = rm53 monthly for 24months Plan rm72 after deduct fibre. 2 supp line rm40 (72+40-53) / 3 = rm19.67 Rm19.67 for unlimited data and call not cheap? But of course this depends on few factor. You need to have at least 1 main line and 2 supp line to gain the benefits. NagaK liked this post

QUOTE(NagaK @ Sep 14 2024, 01:22 AM) Anyone like me waiting for demo on physical store before purchasing it since they increase the size will go store first and see which is ergonomic friendly too use. Yes that's me. I regret getting the 15pm. Now I might want to go with 16p instead, I guess the small increase in size from 6.1 to 6.3 is just nice.I have both Maxis and Digi which telco had better deal to let some suggestions NagaK liked this post

I also thinking on 16 pro or pro max, currently using note9 which is 6.4", slightly bigger than 16 pro, look like i need bigger screen, but 6.9" like too big for pocket

QUOTE(xHj09 @ Sep 13 2024, 09:17 PM) the Ultra and Pro plans seems like will cancel the RM50 lifetime rebate right? for celcomdigi. You able to pre-order with One Pro? Meaning you existing is One Pro then able to do it? cause I'm on other plan from Digi unable to do it... even went to Digi Store already...i'm on ONE Pro, should be RM261 -> RM201 |

QUOTE(soonwai @ Sep 13 2024, 11:59 PM) Definitely. Here's my comparison for ip16pm vs ip13p. Or just watch the 3 iPhone events back 2 back. this comparison is exactly what i’m looking for. i’m on 13p plan to upgrade to ip16pm, but can’t seems to justify the upgrade. thanks for the table, really appreciate it.
QUOTE(BeautyJester @ Sep 14 2024, 01:30 AM) i been curious for a while reading all the previous comments; those telco deal surely cant be any better than buying the device outright right ? seems like that if telco not offering plans under 100. Used to be able to buy device bundle with low monthly, eg celcom ip13p bought with celcom98 plan. But now, on celcom 40, means need to add on unncecessary monthly bill on top of device price. anyone seen umobile device bundle ? |

QUOTE(westlife @ Sep 14 2024, 07:43 AM) Seriously no reason for anyone to use postpaid nowadays since prepaid is so much cheaper. It's still not an old thing to do especially if can claim phone bill from company. And buying phone with postpaid contract plan is an old thing to do now Becos the subsidy is so little to justify that. QUOTE(westlife @ Sep 14 2024, 10:46 AM) One can just pay rm25 prepaid for what they need for data and calls for a per month with prepaid now. Comes with auto top up function that can function like postpaid. Why pay extra for something not needed… Maybe that Rm25 prepaid is suitable for some, but not everyone. There are also some postpaid which despite cheap but gives you a lot of data with no speed capped. It all back to what you want to use.If one needs 0% interest instalment plan and sign up postpaid plan and buy phone can understand but I think Apple Store bolehland can do the same also. If one uses case I dun think it matters, my iPhone 14 Pro la purple colour is on stainless steel but after 2 years now still no sign of scratches etc… So it is a matter of how u protect the phone. |
