What is the collection date on your delivery tracker? Mine is 4th Oct

pre-ordered from celcom quite late 18/9 (wait till contract end) so i don’t know when will i receive my order lol. no movement on the tracker.

I preordered on 14/9 and it is stated collection 4th October onwards on the delivery tracker but in the Maxis app my order already switched from "DO created" to "Pick and Pack" status since yesterday.

Fingers crossed I will be able to get it earlier.

I ordered mine on 14/9 (16PM) as well at Maxis Center. Still 4 Oct

I walk in preorder 16pm on 14Sep @ machines and just received collection email tomorrow.

16pm dt? Ur prepayment invoice showing any order id?

Nope, white titanium but when I make the booking I saw their system showing fulfilment 4Oct onwards and now got it earlier.

Maybe try check your Maxis app or your order details under your account on Maxis web? Your order details should've been synced to your account. I think this is more up to date compared to the generic delivery tracker.

I never received mine. I called switch Sunway pyramid and she told me I am in the first batch to get in tomorrow. So can just go tomorrow and collect the phone.

maxis stated in store pickup 20/9 onwards. status pick and pack. but i not yet received msg from maxis.
