still got one week previous contract with celcom and the system is not clever enough to understand that my contract already ended by the time i receive the phone.

pre-ordered from celcom quite late 18/9 (wait till contract end) so i don’t know when will i receive my order lol. no movement on the tracker.

casually called celcom CS regarding my order (18/9) since there’s no update whatsoever to the order tracking and the CS was surprised that it was not updated. wth lol.

right after the call, i checked the celcom order status and suddenly its already shipped and current plan updated to the new plan. if i didn’t call, i’m pretty sure my case will be left out unattended.

just received my phone from celcom.

anyway, i only received the phone and nothing else. i suppose there’s freebies? anybody else can confirm?

then perhaps they messed up mine. only the RM300 ip6 voucher and nothing else. gonna ring them up.
