I just purchased iPad from Apple Store MY, and GDEX require my physical IC for verification during the receipt of delivery.

went to machine @ 2.40pm, mbb mastercard rebate + RM150 voucher still available but was told that only can do 12 months instalment to entitle the rebate. receiving date also around early October.

first come first serve basis, whoever make full payment / instalment on the spot during this preorder period can entitle this rebate.

But i went to Switch as well, their procedure is not as flexible as Machines. was told by Switch's staff they can't lock the rebate, need to wait until the day of receiving the iPhone only they can see if I'm entitle for the rebate.

does everyone know the magsafe charger selling in those authorized reseller is refresh version or old version?

I walk in preorder 16pm on 14Sep @ machines and just received collection email tomorrow.

Nope, white titanium but when I make the booking I saw their system showing fulfilment 4Oct onwards and now got it earlier.

just collected my preorder booking at machines, received 1x 30w apple adapter as freebies and also all the screen protector for iphone 16 series got RM10 off.

just got this magsafe 25w charger from Singapore @ SGD59, given the exchange rate today its around RM195 which is cheaper than Malaysia.

using this to charge my iphone 16 pro max from 37% to 50% in 10 minutes, too bad I don't have a voltmeter ammeter to test the actual power drawing.

heat wise, I would like to say its much much better than previous generation magsafe that I used with iphone 13 pro max. Not sure its because the heat dissipation on iphone 16 pro max got better or the new generation magsafe work really well.

The previous generation magsafe really slow and its hot.

If you like the convenience of wireless charging, then you should get the new one.

went to Machines today and saw the new magsafe is available too, but they put at behind of the old generation.

So if anyone buying the newer generation make sure the staff don't give you the old generation.

I think this round shipment they do not have enough stock for iPhone 16 Pro max, after I received my case I only saw iPhone 16 Pro case is available.

I see there is a forexengineer sticker there, ended up they send you the case?
