Wa. I thought mine is slow already. Mine is stuck at Checked into hub HWSH. No idea what that means. Called Line Clear customer service and cant get through at all. Tried their live chat with live agent and waited for 2 hours but no one available. Are they using Line Clear just because the executive director used to be GM at Digi?

Sucks big time. No more telco set for me. Porting out from Digi after this. Sucks big time. Been with them for over 20 years but ini yang dapat.

I selected pick up from Gardens store. So shouldn’t have received the email. But either ways dropped by the store earlier they said to wait for the pick up code before coming… and they said the line clear thing is accurate so if it hasn’t left it might not come on time tomorrow…

I told them… we as consumers should know first how much stock they have before taking all the preorders on Sept 13, changing our plans after we committed, and in the end not getting the phone on launch day. They’re already acting duopolistic after the merger… sigh

What you said is absolutely right. What's the point of pre-ordering if we won't be getting it. That's the whole point that we pre-order. Digi CS was saying that I can only expect to receive it next week. There goes my travel schedules for the coming week.

Called digi cs, ding dong ding dong pass to celcom cs as they said digi orders also under celcom. Celcom cs asked to call line clear, and now suddenly status changed to shipped

You manage to call Line Clear? I've been trying whole day and absolutely nothing. No one is available.

Well do you have a line clear tracking number etc? If it hasn’t been picked up yet chances are you won’t receive it tomorrow…

Mine shows shipped on the digi online portal page since 17 Sept, but the mmag page still shows it hasn’t picked up

Out of so many couriers, they have to use Line Clear. Previously they were using GDEX, top notch service. why change?

What colour did you order? I PO black titanium because the natural and desert titanium (looks worse than the gold colour based on some YouTube videos) not for me but now kinda like the white one haha

As a long time Digi subscriber, every day I remember that they merged my day is ruined. Services totally down the drain. I'm thinking of jumping to Yes.
