There should be, since its one of the tourist attractions here.
But eitherway, if you are visiting Tokyo, you can stay at any hostels here and get around quickly with their trains and subways, just like in London happy.gif

thanks....

Added on April 25, 2008, 10:45 amand just want to ask.. if we want to buy ticket to japan, can we book it online now and when the time comes, then we just get the ticket? as i'm still thinking of whether to go, but just afraid that if reach the time, the rate increase.
is October peak season to go Japan?

thanks.

which rate are you talking about? currency exchange rate or the flight ticket rate? peak season for travelers from SEA usually during chinese new year. you can check the ticket rates online anyway. i find the cheapest all year long is Thai Air.

i've stayed in sakura hostel asakusa. very nice place, cool crowd too. staffs are nice and helpful, english speaking, got one cute girl at the counter some more. rates are so-so, not so cheap not so expensive either. not so near to the train/subway station, but there's a lot to see along the way to the station.

anywhere u stay doesn't matter as long as you are willing to travel using the subway/trains. why have to stay near nippon budokan?

Flight ticket rate is what i meant. i check the Thail Air thru 12fly. it's RM2100, but can i just book the ticket now instead of buying?

According to the website, Sakura hostel is within walking distance to Budokan. is that the Budokan is at the asakusa area? sorry, just confuse with all those area's names...

the reason i want the hostel near to Budokan is easier for me to go to Budokan.. planning to c concert there... wink.gif

hmm... last year the travel agency told me to pay up 2 weeks after booking. i usually book and settle all ticketing issues one month prior to travel date. i don't think you can book now and pay way later. need to contact agency or Thai Air to confirm the time frame.

if you do some research, you'll find out that nippon budokan is in chiyoda. you should find hostel/hotel in chiyoda area/chiyoda city. maybe can ask firedauz more of this.

what concert are you there for?

ok laa tu. but f4? sweat.gif

i went to japan twice in less than one year period to see bands performing. already saw 4 of my favorite bands, plus more that i don't think will even hit singapore's shore. see bands, go travel. 2 in 1, haha!

just do it!

i think you can still get the rates as it is pretty stable the whole year. even during peak season 2700 ringgit je. still affordable sweat.gif
