is October peak season to go Japan?

Flight ticket rate is what i meant. i check the Thail Air thru 12fly. it's RM2100, but can i just book the ticket now instead of buying?

According to the website, Sakura hostel is within walking distance to Budokan. is that the Budokan is at the asakusa area? sorry, just confuse with all those area's names...

the reason i want the hostel near to Budokan is easier for me to go to Budokan.. planning to c concert there...

but if i only buy the ticket 1 month prior my departure, do u think i still can get the rate which i saw now? i mean i saw Thai air is RM2100, do u think by then i still can get this rate?
