Not saying what she did was right but everyone has their breaking point. I dont condone it and never done it but i may have never been in her shoes working her hours and pay and dealing with more numerous difficult ppl.

Also, every time I go to KLIA2, the ticketing/baggage process changes. So don't blame the customers and call them stupid.

Just one side saying lah，this ccp girl her attitude should be very bad before the airasia saying her bodoh，trust me i meet a lot of ccp customer，if everything was not going what they want，they always post to web and complain complain complain，ccp girl they always think they are royal princess and look down on malaysian，they think that we are all low class and low educated people。
