Not the first time getting such rude treatment from AA staffs.

Especially those short haul flights and destinations.

Those AA long distance flights their AA staffs are more polite and professional especially their international divisions such as AA Thai and Japan.

You fly local or destinations such as ASEAN regions and Cambodia, you'd find their worst staffs and attendants placed there to serve you.
