Deii, I check-in online and info is shown on phone before the day of departure. When I’m at airport, suddenly no info, so need to go machine and print out. Happened many times when in PEN airport, lucky go early so can do it on machine but then out of 4 machines, only 1 working. So how? Lucky nice AA awek tolong unker.

It's not about customer is always right or whatever.

In this case this china amoi already paid for a ticket. And she couldn't print it, you as the ground staff should help up abit. Under no circumstances you call the customer bodoh.
