This amoi IS bodoh. You cannot layan msian service staff politely one. You must talk to them like you're the taiko then they will help. Otherwise be like this kena pijak.

Airasia check-in terminal memang got problem. I also kena same thing, and the staff asked me to go manual check-in.
At the manual check-in, the lady tried to charge me RM60 per person. I just tell her off I'm not gonna pay for a problem caused by your system. Is this what airasia is about? A scam?
