I did the Jompay transactions, DuitNow ID linking & DuitNow transfer.

now their Duitnow transfer down again !!
can't transfer to any other bank at all.

Last week bought a new phone as old phone jatuh screen pecah
Done migration of all bank apps no issue
Only this stupid Alrajihi bank can't get sms
No idea why
Call them they say my number is correct the system show sms sent out
I ask them is it delivered they can't confirm
Escalated since Friday until now no news

wah, now can't log in the app, keep loading....

even login also can 't transfer.
keep saying unsuccessful.
CS acknowledge the prob and say technical issue

really shocked to see after so long, and even changed to new apps,
yet they still facing same kind of stupid problem they faced since day 1 of Rize apps

alRajhi Bank is getting worse - both app and customer service.

Last night transfer of RM700 failed (app reported error during transfer) but money was deducted. Call support and he told me to call HLB (the target bank). He doesn't understand basic banking - if the transfer failed the money shouldn't be deducted.

I've never had such problems with the old Rize app. But this new MY Alrajhi app really blows. Moved all my cash out to AEON Bank - the interest rate difference isn't much and not worth the grief of speaking to an ignorant support.

Mind to share how are you going to solve it? Call HLB?

Old Rize apps or new AlRajhi apps...

Same old same old.... Multiple issues & errors faced time to time...

I don't know why... They never improve & learn all the previous mistake done....

eh....old rize app had a disaster of money lost when transfer. a lot of people encountered this experience last years. took everyone almost 14-30 days to get back their money. It is quite famous of money deducted but failed to arrive. this incident cause a lot of people close an account. wah, u must be new member after major incident. (u can read previous post on rize)

that why old member had bad experience never bother to open account even move to new app. Now this incident happening again..

Did you check the target bank ? Mine also same error during transfer but money reached target bank .

seem like their savings pot facing problem since yesterday.
not able to transfer money into savings pot, it will show insufficient funds error in main account.
and showing almost zero balance in main account when you have lots of funds.

Now i am facing with this same problem. Got money in my savings account, when click into the saving pot, want to transfer from main account to saving pot, it says insufficient fund. the amount reflected there was the balance just before I transfer money from Atlas to this Al Rajhi account.

juz called them again.
CS say aware of this prob and are fixing it.
but not sure when it could be fixed
