I've considered RM600 phone with at least Android 13 but wouldn't they come pre-installed with adware, malware or spyware? What would you consider 'cheapo'?

I'm currently using a very outdated iPhone 7 with iOS 15 just for banking apps. However, eventually it will not work anymore.

Saw same problem yesterday (iOS). I thought it was temporary but encountered the same thing today.

Biometric didn't work, so it asked me to enter pin. Pin also didn't work and it asked for password. I can't remember having password.

Looks like I will need to contact support.

*** UPDATE ***
Sent Rize support email at 3:00pm.
Received call from support at 3:30pm.
Support suggested I try login with password.
I had to dig around for the password and that also resolved my issue like Ronnie.
Very strange indeed.

Rize Support is very responsive. BEU Bank (by Bank Islam) also has similarly great support. They are unlike Boost Bank where they would make me wait 2-3 weeks.

Beware when they tell you to keep your own record before upgrade. This is a messy IT process. Change debit card, change account number. Major overhaul. rclxub.gif

I've RM10 left. Easy number to remember.

alRajhi Bank is getting worse - both app and customer service.

Last night transfer of RM700 failed (app reported error during transfer) but money was deducted. Call support and he told me to call HLB (the target bank). He doesn't understand basic banking - if the transfer failed the money shouldn't be deducted.

I've never had such problems with the old Rize app. But this new MY Alrajhi app really blows. Moved all my cash out to AEON Bank - the interest rate difference isn't much and not worth the grief of speaking to an ignorant support.

Finally can login after about 24 hours but still very slow. Transferred out everything. Not worth the hassle.
