Saw same problem yesterday (iOS). I thought it was temporary but encountered the same thing today.

Biometric didn't work, so it asked me to enter pin. Pin also didn't work and it asked for password. I can't remember having password.

Looks like I will need to contact support.

Sent Rize support email at 3:00pm.
Received call from support at 3:30pm.
Support suggested I try login with password.
I had to dig around for the password and that also resolved my issue like Ronnie.
Very strange indeed.

Rize Support is very responsive. BEU Bank (by Bank Islam) also has similarly great support. They are unlike Boost Bank where they would make me wait 2-3 weeks.

Currently, biometric cannot access, PIN also cannot access, finally they asked for full PW, then managed to access. Scare die me

I too have encountered the same issue posted by others here (iOS).

Unable to read FaceID.
Unable to use PIN.
Use password, but stuck on loading.

Contacted Rize CS - ended up they tell me to delete the app, reinstall and wait 12hr cooling period, then finally able to access. They probably give up on this app since the new app is coming soon.

just launch the new app already, the old (existing) one is constantly buggy
