its a mandatory migration, in Q2 2025.
Rize apps will be terminated eventually and all migrate to Alrajhi new apps.

Anyone has tried inward wire transfer using Rize? Looks like their USD TT rate is consistently better than other banks.

I know I can get better rate on fintech solutions like Wise, I'm just comparing between banks.

and they claim digital banking. ini phone banking right. really if use rize as a bank account can die.. GX does it so well, does a facial rec to validate and straight process transfer. Pls la, I travel all over the world and nowadays eSIM for data only. I don't take phone calls and don't make calls. DIGITAL age, macam go back stone age in a bloody cave.

I've been using them since early days..and gradually the % drop.. anyhow I am moving everything away once take all benefits. can't wait to be done with this stupid bank.

I meant it's not even the 5 license digital banks officially by BNM...

It's just one product by Al Rajhi... Just like one by Bank Islam Malaysia....

Somehow their SOP follow the parent Al Rajhi bank...

Not sure on Android but no problem on IOS but the loading is damn2 slow

Looks like I am the unlucky one today. All hell broke loose... Have to contact CS.. then write email... haiz...

Rize problem fixed, at 8 am this morning... less than 24 hours... now just need to wait for 12 hour cooling period. 9 pm tonight money unfrozen.

The rest password function should work on Android again, remember to use the latest version 2.2.0, update available on Play Store yesterday.

Once again, Rize customer service is eons ahead of other banks...

This morning RIZE app complains i cannot logon using Face ID, Cannot use PIN, then finally use Rize password....
