I too have encountered the same issue posted by others here (iOS).
Unable to read FaceID. Unable to use PIN. Use password, but stuck on loading. Contacted Rize CS - ended up they tell me to delete the app, reinstall and wait 12hr cooling period, then finally able to access. They probably give up on this app since the new app is coming soon. |
