Received call from support at 3:30pm.
Support suggested I try login with password.
I had to dig around for the password and that also resolved my issue like Ronnie.
Very strange indeed.
Rize Support is very responsive. BEU Bank (by Bank Islam) also has similarly great support. They are unlike Boost Bank where they would make me wait 2-3 weeks.
