What I mean when needed to access the money...

Sudden system error.... Cannot transfer...

If 100% on Rize.... GG lorh....

Can keep. But not everything....

Pidm only works if the bank goes bust.

When the bank system problem, your fund may stuck one or two weeks. You may need the fund urgently but could not withdraw. Happened to Rize before.

out of 5 only 1 affected.

Still "Unknown error, please try again" message.

Amazingly unreliable bank system. 2 or 3 days already. Aren't they working over the weekend to resolve it?

juz wana ask, if we keep in saving pot so still eligible for the 3.8% interest or only saving account entitled the interest?

You meant you unable to log in? My last log in was on Saturday, I have no problem. Every now and then I will log in, to check whether my money still there 😅 but never encountered any problem for the last 2-3 months…

Ok, I see it’s related to transfer, then not sure as did not move any money for the last 2 months

Cannot log in.

Others also reported same problem past 3 days. Rize acknowledged the problem in reply to one of the posters here, and said they were looking into it since Friday or Saturday.

Meanwhile, the money is locked up.

FYI: On 8/5/2024 16:01, I used Rize to duitnow transfer to my maybank account. Rize a/c debited but my maybank a/c did not receive the funds. Rize customer service said wait 2 days for refund

yesterday duitnow system down momentarily

Best is the reverse
Deposit money from bi bank , bank problem after spinning then transaction reversed
Money appeared in rize and stayed there for weeks
Buta untung
Big amount .

I received the refund within 24 hours.
