It's norm for Rize...

Time to time got issues faced....

One word of advice... Don't depends on Rize 100%...
Have back ups like in GX Bank 💪

ok i got same problem in Huawei device Android 10

complaint email sent. no need wait.

Sir, I am very angry why i cant login my Rize Account

See screenshot attached, "unknown error please try again."

I uninstalled and reinstalled still cannot solve it.

I tried use another phone, but it asked for username to login

I type in my Nickname, it say unknown error. see screenshot attached

I put Forgot username , keyed in my mobile number , error again
see screenshot attached

Please help urgently, i need to use the money inside.

I don't think Android OS version is the problem, I'm encountering this problem on Android 14.

Got agency fee 0.01%? Called CS to confirm that there is no agency fee is charged at the moment.

Most of my spare funds was in Rize, but with GXB 5% promo, moved 50k there. Thankfully!

After 10 May, will not transfer GXB funds back to Rize, but will send it to KDI.

Thats why i decided to move out my fund even at 4%. Not worth the hassle.
