KDI 4% is EIR after compounding for the whole year. so in actual is slightly lower than 4% daily. around 3.93% iirc

- rize offers flexibility can in-out-in-out instantly so the difference of lower 0.13% is negligible and its worth it for some (provided rize system no suddenly cuckoo or you unlucky to be affected when you actually need to depo/withdraw money)

KDI can technically withdraw same day, but not instantly to make payments so you have to wait for funds to enter at evening/night time. And still not guaranteed in case anything wrong with system. as per their TNC it says t+1, so can go up to next day as well.

- to some PIDM protection is important, rize is PIDM protected and KDI is not.
for me not so important cause Kenanga seems like a big enough company and wont suddenly go bust out of the blue.

You know right that 4% is actually not 4% whistling.gif
Typical marketing strategy...

Not to say it's not good... But we got our reason why not significant $$$ into KDI....

Another thing is Instant $$$ upon withdrawal.... If there's no issues to Rize system

And the well known Protection on the name of PIDM (actually not really main reason to celebrate, but just sake of giving some comfort to ourselves knowing the $$$ is protected)....

KDI has nominal rate of 3.92228% p.a. (which is always lower than EAR) for 1st RM50k

As for Rize,
i won once their RM300 campaign prize for incremental balance . tongue.gif

I just registered on Rize and added rm20 to activate the account.

Will there be no visible daily interest because amount is so low ?

If I create the saving pocket. Will the 3.8% reflect into the pocket or just the saving account or both?
