rize not applicable due to monthly payout

Are these errors common to Rize? Tried to transfer, but keep getting errors. Might withdraw all money due to this.

Hello, question here. I'm using GX Bank as well, got exact amount there to earn the 4% interest, but before I knew about this, I used to put all my monthly savings continuously into GX bank, but that would mean I only earn 2% interest.

I was told to either put my remaining savings or monthly savings thereon into either Go+ / Rize / Boost.

My question is, is Rize overall stable ? Is it better to put my monthly savings and leave it there in Rize or in GX Bank ? Do I have to put certain amount into Rize's saving pot like in GX Bank ?

for oct, Rize still offer 3.8?

Go+ got annual fees...

Rize got once random block my transfer out. Had to call them and it was unblock for 24hour. Rize no need to put in pot and the rate already dropped to 3.3% . But i still maintain my funds there for current expenses/ spending.

no, it is monthly payout, i guess they use MAB to calculate interest...

Anyway called the CS, and they told me its a known issue and they are trying to solve it for me.
