Especially from BNM or others banks... Since now it's all linked to each other....

Too much mule or scam account being open up....

I wanna give some applause for Rize..
everytime i DuitNow to new user with higher amount, sometime just mere thousand, they block the transaction immediately.
The fraud detection system not bad lah.

Dunno if that deserves applause, for me is way too sensitive, even transfer to my own account will get blocked (transfer before but not saved). And the app doesn't inform you to call CS, just that failed.

Rize waiting for Fed quantum of cut tonite

Only works when your customer base is small. Imagine you are Maybank calling up customers on their online transfers...

For me yes, i rather strict sensitive detection INSTEAD of loose.
Strict detection will lead to frustruation yes
But loose will lead to ACTUAL loss.

Those flagship bank don't even bother if your money missing or gone... All blame on your mistake only... Don't take any responsibility...

At least Rize got some level of security level in place...
Only thing is their apps time to time give problems / issues...

Monthly might transfer in/out few times to invest on IPO if unsuccessful thn park it bck again and continue the loop .

Anyone hv issue to transfer money into RIZE? I encountered error OOE4 when trying to transfer Maybank to RIZE. Maybe I doing it wrong.. is it I hv to choose Alrajhi bank cause that's the only one available in the bank list.

Tu la. I thought Maybank is the issue by doing simple transfer out from Maybank, it's a successful one so definitely not Maybank issue. Cmon Rize.

Rize is downed for "maintenance" from 430am to 830am this morning. After the "maintenance", I am unable to transfer money out using duitnow. Called support. Agent said they are aware of the issue. Dunno when it will be fixed. There is yet another scheduled maintenance in the afternoon.
