When I signed up mid last year had same problem as well , after 12hrs still can't use app functions. Immediately called them and rectified soon later

Also looks like rize is going to lose out to aeon as well now.

Offering 3.88% but haven't gone through their full tnc

inconvenient

mae/tng doesnt need to input pin/password for viewing dashboard
aeon/big pay require pin instead of password

prefer to only input pin/password when need to execute transaction

did you enable biometric login in the RIZE app ?

Instant DuitNow transfer out from RIZE to AEON Bank for 3.88% --> no issues

I don't think they are a digital bank.

I think is like rebranded bank. Cause their parent is Al Rajhi bank.

Their main aim is to harvest data of HNWI or those with $$$.... So in the end can offer full service of Parent Al Rajhi bank main products & services
