I too oftentimes am puzzled by how unfathomable his replies appear. Perhaps I'm shallow and naive and therefore ill-equipped to dissect and discern the so-called knowledge so casually dropped by his replies. Or he's just trying to string together a series of random words to make himself sound sophisticated, but actually leaving behind a hurricane's wreck of unintelligible quasi-pseudo-philosophical mumble-jumble masquerading as words of wisdom.

Most probably, each time we post something in CC he be here sharing his “success” of hitting random girls, train station, mall, parks or events. Instead helping or sharing useful information he’ll bash us, like his comment above. Logically speaking, we dudes better off not talking to some random girls UNLESS asking for directions or anything important. Nowadays people are paranoid about almost anything, that unknowingly could’ve put us into serious trouble.

Having used CMB for quite some time now, I'd say that this app is definitely making a lot of money from us. It'd purposely hide some of the ppl who have liked us even though we are paid users.

I also noticed that 70% of the guys on this app are scammers so why bother paying just to see scammers liking our profile? Lol

As for the other 30% of the users who are actual humans, some of them already have a gf/ wife or just looking for ONS/ attention/ validation. Dating apps are no longer serving their purpose anymore. Can't wait to delete this app once my subscription has ended.

Personally i did encountered few scammers with fake profile, i'll list it.

1. Pig butcher scam - First few chat all get to know each other, then they will share you their "investment" scheme.
2. Wine scam - I believe you saw this kind of scam from social media and even LYN here, matched foreign lady like china or taiwan. They will insist to go dine in their "friend" place, order shitty wine then you have to pay for it like RM1000+ per bottle.

All these scammer, they do have social media profile but only got few friends, few post with 1 or 2 likes, followed by 300+ people but they only follow 10 people.

I did dated a few legit lady, sadly it didn't work as we both not into each other.

I hope you've deleted this dating app. Using it is a complete waste of time. Better meet ppl in real life.

Last weekend i was lepak with some friends, you know typical blow water session. Then we talk about dating apps, sharing our experience etc. I do have use dating apps, since i'm single so why not right?

We all know that dating apps works by both party liking each other, you like me then i like you and we matched then we chat then see how far we can go. The apps will blurred those who liked us, in order to see who those people are or more accurately to see if the other person are attractive or no, the apps requires you to subscribe.

One of my friends came out with this theory or whatever you guys called it, if you did not subscribe then chances of you getting likes are quite high if you at least looks average. that is how the apps fish or tricks us to subscribe. And after we subscribed, we got less to no likes. I did subscribe to CMB once, and i noticed my friend here is right. No subscribe, i get like 10 likes with my shit face. But then when i subscribe to see those ladies, our conversation just died not long after even with casual or normal conversation. Even met some scammers on the way, you know those pig butcher scam like we see over the internet and even here in LYN got some people sharing their experience.

Oh yes i did get 1 or 2 dates, but it didn't work out and they just ghosted me. I can see they just suddenly lost interest even though i'm trying to keep the conversation alive, could be because i got a shit face.

Cybersecurity-wise, it's well-known that apps are being sold if it becomes obsolete, or when the corporate becomes bankrupt; this is seen in 23AndMe bankruptcy for their DNA database and customer info. It's the same as how dating apps will be. Besides, you will never know how corrupt some firms are ---- if they are hacked into, they may not even announce it and you will never know if it's leaked out.
