Unstoppable – Decent and straight-forward movie. Nothing much to shout about.

Tango & Cash (1989)

There is something "magical" about action/buddy cop movies from the end of 80s and early 90s.

Turner and Hooch, Stop of my Mom will Shoot. Kindergarten Cop etc...

Before the term "bromance" was coined, people like Kurt Russell and Slyvester Stallone made the above movie.

Kurt Russell was offered the job of "Colonel Samuel Trautman" in First Blood, and he turned it down because he and Stallone could not agree on the ending.

After that movie went through the stratosphere, they did agree to work with each other, and this is the movie.

This movie got it all,

Car chase, action, Kurt Russell and Slyvester in the shower.... (I've said too much) and a very VERY young Teri Hatcher!!!

Watched this in HD, it is NOT reference material but it is a lot better then the work Warner Brothers put into Clash of the Titans (1981)

Lots of chemistry between Kurt Russell and Slyvester Stallone.

Full of cliches

I love it. I really REALLY do!!

Didn't go to the screens that often.. So I've only watch 2 movies lately

Dinner with Schmucks
Comedy is terrific with a mixture of matured and a little childish play

Aside from that, this movie is filled with.. how do we say this.. You would go "OMG NO IT'S NOT THAT WAY" kind of thing. Like there is misunderstandings between movie characters but you know what's going on, so it makes you go insane LOL

Totally awesome movie I would say. Sugar to the brain!

Megamind
A cartoon comedy film named after a Villain, so you should know it's not your typical American hero cartoon rolleyes.gif
The Villain's character is somewhat interesting to me, you guys might have seen these kind of style before, but it's new to me tongue.gif It just makes you go LOL WUT

Unlike 'Despicable Me', this movie is suitable for both young and elder people to watch. Not saying that Despicable Me is unwatchable for adults or any sort of targets, but you can tell that their style of movie is targeted more towards children. Imagine Spongebob, a cartoon for children but teenagers/elders can still enjoy it with the style of joke they implant.

Grostesque [2009] Japanese.

never like this type of film, really just to past time.

just so-so, empty story, full with blood and torture, no better than most Hollywood /Europe human torture films.

She's Out Of My League - 6.5/10
Typical teen love story, very very predictable storyline.

The Disappearance of Alice Creed - 6/10
Surprisingly low budget film with OK outcome.

The Lives of Others [2006] (German: aka Das Leben der Anderen)

certainly 1 of the best German movie ever. set in pre German unification, when GDR's secret police will do anything to surveillance their political crime suspects.

I just watched Inception....I wanna see what the hoha is all abt...some of my friends say its mindless movies..no point watching, but reviews and other people said it was one hell of a ride...

Verdict: 9/10 for me...seriously...one hell of a ride!
i could have give 10/10...but the 1 mark is for me wasting my time in the internet looking for answers and theories as to what happened...not only for the ending, some many other parts of the movie...gonna watch it again.

BURIED

Went surprisingly fast and was good, for a film completely set in a box.
