just go daiso buy those wooden square cube and use double tape to stick to the bottom of the machine.. 1 pack RM5.90 got 8-10 cubes

Yeah, I park it against the wall. Plus the machine is quite heavy, so it's safe...

Man, after almost one month d and still this Laku Management (Sarawak) still unable to solve the water dirty issue =.=

I can feel that the filter gonna start clog soon ?
The LG water dispense strength feels like getting weaker again but volume still accurate for the time being. (Water tap strong still but brown)

Alamak seems like water quality is still an issue at East Msia doh.gif

But no worry I think LG is aware and most likely willing to provide additional filters, just contact ur SA to request bro

Hi, hope somebody can help.
I have existing LG water purifier under Purecare & plan to relocate to new address which claim by technician that it's free for 1x.
What is the SOP on this matter?

AGAIN the replacement cartridges are delayed past its promised delivery deadline. monthly rental will be deducted on time BUT replacement parts are ALWAYS delayed. Really loussy after sales service

agent ady MIA.. His booth ady changed person.. Yes i have to call careline AGAINN.... when subscribed that time was told everything will be sent automatically.. NOW need to call them every time to remind them to deliver the parts?

Just bring the machine to ur new house and contact ur SA or LG (1800-18-7874) to arrange for reinstallation

Can ask when is ur next replacement date?

Cuz usually LG send out confirmation sms 2 mths earlier, but they only ship out the filter bout 1 week before ur replacement, so i have some customers thinking "ehh i replied the sms long time dy, but why still haven't gotten the filters?" biggrin.gif

my already due almost 3 weeks from my installation date and have not even received the tracking no rclxms.gif rclxms.gif rclxms.gif i only received the apologies from CS.

Submit on 11th Nov and today received the notification & tracking no.

i received msg early oct and replied with confirmation. the light actually turned orange at that time and was told still can last for 2 weeks....now ady passed the due dat. reports already created few times but still waiting...for safety i am drinking mineral water now until the replacement comes. this is not 1st time the delay happend. rclxms.gif rclxms.gif i am thinking to cancel the contract since they can breach the terms easily

So far mine haven't failed me - May 2024 subscribed.

Last month filter clogged cause dirty water in my area and replaced with new filter for free upon request and received next day.
