received my membership has been extended to 2026 just now. and has been reflected at my aeon wallet.

now just waiting to see how much i will get after 31 May. Deposited 1K in savings pot, and 1k in savings account to see first.

I am sure they do. Last week, I posted that they didn't do spell check as "Expires or Exp" in their debit card in the app shows "EXPIRED" .... then 2 days later, I saw EXPIRED corrected to EXP in the debit card in the app.

The debit card can be used to withdraw cash at ATMs with the MEPS or Visa logo. Local cash withdrawals at MEPS ATMs will cost you RM1 per transaction while foreign cash withdrawals at Visa ATMs will cost you USD 1 (about RM4.71).

When you use the card overseas, Aeon Bank says there’s no FX Markup but Visa’s foreign exchange rates will apply. If the payment terminal asks you to choose which currency to charge, always pick the foreign currency and not MYR for lower rates.

top most dislike thing about aeon bank is whenever i used the card for purchases, the balance will not reflect until the trx has been processed

hence i dont know whats my actual balance after using few times

Aeon Bank Debit Card transactions don’t reflect in real-time

Based on our usage for online and physical in-store payments, the Aeon Bank app will push notifications after a successful card transaction is made with your Aeon Bank debit card. Despite the notification, you won’t find the payment in the app’s transaction history. From the looks of it, it may take up to 2 days for the card transactions to reflect within the app, which is a similar experience to using traditional bank cards.

If you’re using the Aeon Bank app to pay via DuitNow QR, the transactions are reflected in real-time and the displayed total balance is deducted automatically.

Extra step required. You can see the available balance by tapping the exclamation mark besides "Total Balance" on the main page.
