TNG still not yet detect it as debit card. so consider as CC.

Oops 🫠 I did direct debit just to hide actual debit card number. So if my tng card number spoofed so I can just block and my actual debit still safe

it's not where the source of the $$ comes from, but rather what is the transfer mode.


if employer uses payroll software or corporate bank transfer/bulk transfer, usually the mode of transfer is IBG. then Aeon Bank cannot receive, as it is not under IBG (outdated).

if the employer manage their own payroll transfer using normal account and using DuitNow transfer, yes Aeon Bank can receive the salary.

Too many missing transactions 😬

will be keen to know how the points rewarded and redemption turnover is like, example ->

1. 2 days for debit pymt to be reflected
2. same day pts rewarded
3. one-click instant reward of RM1 per 200 pts

and so on

it is normal for any debit card. wait 3 days

Since I received my Aeon debit card yesterday, I completed two transactions, one with PIN in Cold Storage and one pay wave in Starbucks. Both transactions live and shown in my app immediately.

So don't know why Soyacincau.com article two days ago said, transactions not shown immediately in app.

The Aeon points also immediately added after each transaction.

Any1 have problem doing duitnow from aeon bank account? I keep having transfer failed msg and customer service said it is applying for all users , may need to wait 24 hours

Yep agreed. I also wanna raise a question for those who have gotten the card / actively using it.

Although its stated that the aeon points will be earned after signing up and spending, by showing the Aeon member barcode / number, does the POS consider this as aeon member or just to earn points or both?

Minimum balance of RM 20 and also RM 12 per year (waived for first year) second years onwards. This does not sound like it's worth it.

Nemozai use until Aug 31 (debit card cashback + 3.88% yearly profit), then cancel before your aeon account is 1 year old

mine 3 days still not reflect. another transaction 2 days.

may be coz u r using retail. try use at online, then u compare

still down to make outgoing duitnow transfer since 6am+ until now 7am+.

Only can earn 3x AEON points with physical debit card? CS told me
