Aeon bank didn't do spell check. When you view your debit card expiry in the app, it is spelt "Expired" instead of "Expires".

Those have Aeon Bank with the debit card and Aeon Plus Prepaid Visa in Aeon Wallet, the later is basically redundant. Both cards need to have money in your account before you can use it anyway.
So, I feel the Aeon Wallet app is redundant for me. |

Since I received my Aeon debit card yesterday, I completed two transactions, one with PIN in Cold Storage and one pay wave in Starbucks. Both transactions live and shown in my app immediately. So don't know why Soyacincau.com article two days ago said, transactions not shown immediately in app. The Aeon points also immediately added after each transaction. If Aeon Bank doesn't allow access from outside Malaysia without Malaysia SIM (roaming), I think that is stupid, ridiculous and regressive.
When I am overseas, I still need to do transfers or check my debit card spendings. In terms of security and safety, the app is already tied to the phone. I have recuring monthly transfer scheduled in my app. Last 2 months, every 1st of the month, Aeon bank would transfer X amount to an external account, no issue.
Then, today, 1 Aug, Aeon Bank did the transfer TWICE within five minutes. Already reported to Aeon Bank. So, if you guys have monthly recurring transfers, better check. This post has been edited by brandonkl: Aug 1 2024, 10:21 AM |

Anyone having issues with the debit card? I did two wave transactions at two different places and was rejected. Prior to today, no issues at the same merchant.
