Within 30 minutes, they called back, and the transaction status changed to "successful." However, when I checked with the third party, the transfer still had not gone through. I have recuring monthly transfer scheduled in my app. Last 2 months, every 1st of the month, Aeon bank would transfer X amount to an external account, no issue.

Then, today, 1 Aug, Aeon Bank did the transfer TWICE within five minutes. Already reported to Aeon Bank.

So, if you guys have monthly recurring transfers, better check.

I did a mistake not checking here before spending oversea transaction. Turns out AEON charge a whopping 3% fee and not 1% like what they mention in PDS. I’m going to file a dispute and see what they say. Avoid using this card for oversea transaction. Do not repeat my mistake
