Aeon Digital Bank, Launching 26 May 2024.

1) Malaysia First Islamic Digital Bank - The products will be shariah compliants

2) Earn Aeon Points (not sure how this is integrated with existing AEON membership / ewallet / credit card products )

3) You can personalize the last 4 digits number of your account (Hey, Malaysian are crazy over 4D plate numbers, good move, what's your lucky number? )

4) The debit card will be powered by VISA (GXBank is via MasterCard)

5) AEON Bank is a subsidiary of AEON Financial Service Co Ltd (AFS Japan) and an associate company of AEON Credit Service (M) Berhad (AEON Credit).

6) initial saving account could offer a return as high as 3.88% !? (lets wait and see)
