only on rare occasions will miss a day .. like once every 2-3 months

very true... long long ago, when i only shit once a day, my fart is smelly...

nowadays, 2 to 3 times per day... the fart has no smell...
(mine at least... and its me smelling it.... so no idea if I am biased... lol)

I mean i drink lots of water and eats lots of veggies to replace rice. That's as special as it gets.

I asked doctor before. He jokingly said "if you hardly eat, takkan you poop 3 times/day everyday right. If you do, better get a thorough checkup"
So yea lifestyle, habits and genetics can be factor in poop frequency. Quality of poop is diet.

I poop 2-3 times a day but when go holiday become once in 3-5 days. Body decides to hoard the shit for some reason. Doctor asked me why I so full of shit on holiday 

why must eat forever? unless you are eating very unhealthily and the good bacteria in your guts cannot thrive there.
the idea is your gut is supposed to be a biome that is self sustaining...

if worry, take the probiotics on and off, so called to re boost the biome.
