I had same symtomp as you end up bleeding hemmorids because keep pushing mah went for surgery... recovered liao these days pangsai normal but sometimes alot of times suspect got ibs took probiotics got improvement la but not signification... its all about diet, the food u eat and excersie lo

you think this is adequate? I bet you also take very little veg portion in each serving, mostly meat. insaf la...high candidate for colorectal cancer later in life if you dont bertaubat.
