new dex on oneui 8 is bad..in fact its replaced with google/android 16's desktop mode..many features missing

can share which features is missing?
i did connect my phone to monitor sometime, but did not really use it as "laptop".

Asking for a friend since I stop using samsung.
After One UI update bixby Vision to scan name card is missing. How do bring back that feature?

Not sure what caused, recently if i do swipe back to exit youtube and instantly tap/open another app, a split second youtube icon will show on top left screen

too much to list to be honest, i didnt play too much of it - just a while but the moment you connect you'll notice. one obvious one is when you open an app, it doesnt open it in full screen - it goes to the center of the screen and doesnt cover the full screen at all. Another is when I try to press the windows key on keyboard connected to it (bluetooth), it doesnt open up the "start" menu..not sure why, but other shortcuts work...those are two obvious examples i can think of but there's more that i couldnt recall but if you play around you'll notice big differences

Can the Dex be used after Android 16 or 17 firmware? I tried to connect but could not regardless wired or wireless.

still can be used. maybe you disable autoDEX when connected HDMI?
