aahh shit. now my screen become purple blinking.

guys need some help....so already updated to one ui 8...so this problem happens even from one ui 7.....when i scroll left to go to google discover thmain home page has stutter to it like its lagging....anyone of u guys have this problem and how the heck do i fix it...i've already tried factory reset yeah for the first few hours was buttery smooth but then it happened again...cleared cache already done and like factory reset it did it again...really annoyed with that stutter

got no problem with the google discovery page... maybe some of your discovery content make it lag? donnolah.

actually its 600 become tablet, dont know why it show as 348 before.
the maximum phablet is 598 but chrome is not tab properly. i am sad.

edit: cannot simply put any value for dpi, somehow it cause the screen to be fully purple and blinking, even when turning off (the samsung goodbye logo also blinking whole screen in purple shade).

now after restart, input back to 320 then 441. its ok.

I try 500 those UI and icon already small, how you use at 600

OneUI 7, its still in Phablet mode
now in OneUI 8, no longer got Phablet, only phone or directly goes to tablet UI. no in between.
for now i set as 598, dont like setting become split.

For those thinking about resetting after the update, your Google Play Update will be stuck on 1st July 2025

I like on table is split, but phone is no
As using cheap samsung tab a7 lite, i can see what app behave on phone and tab, whatsapp got split view like pc, youtube when rotate right side view comment

yes on my S9+ split like that, ok la. with 12inch screen. on 6inch screen split, seems cacat. especially on dialer and contact.

for now, i stick with 598. hope on future update, the "phablet" dpi make a comeback. lol

There is a trick atleast on my tab,can make setting page full scree
On any app open samsung keyboard, tap gear icon, mean keyboard setting,
Press back button on top left, it will open device setting at full page
Nagivate any page use top left button to back, if use device back button, sometime it will close setting, maybe tablet UI not design show at full screen

done this just now. yeah. it will become setting at full page. but only at that time.
close and open again, become 2 row again.

this new OS consume more memory & drain battery faster
