It's not a bug. It's a product promotion. The additional discount you get from Samsung (not CompAsia) is some sort of "reward" for doing a good will to the environment. You can trade in an entirely broken/unusable phone worth RM0 which you need to surrender to CompAsia but still get the same "reward" of RM650 from Samsung.

Samsung is not related to CompAsia so whatever communication you do with the 3rd party is beyond Samsung's business.

Yes, Easy360 is the instalment phone plan.
The 260 is their latest and most premium postpaid plan.
I've been going back and forth with Celcom trying to subscribe to this plan since the beginning of this year.
Don't trust what is written on the celcom website, eventually its up to the agents to tell you what is available.
Heck, I wanted to get the S23+ instead but they told me its already no longer available whole malaysia, yet its still shown on their gadget listing.

Of course, its too good to be true.
RM92/mth for 36 months is for Samsung S24 Ultra 512gb is just $3,312, damn cheap.
But.... yeah, approval is another story.
