Wow so many here no love for S24? I also no plan to buy S24, but since no one open the thread and it is just around the corner. So yea...

Who else interested, welcome to take over the thread
*
I think a lot of ppl experiencing product fatigue. Maybe S23 still serving everyone well, hence there is no urge to jump to S24 yet. sweat.gif

or maybe because there's really no point changing phones every year biggrin.gif
is s23/s23u strong, solid and remain one of the best? it sure is. gonna get slower or obsolete in 2024? hell naw
got 4 years OS update also...mmg no rush
unless samsung releases something state of the art and with huge improvements. small increments xyah penduli until 3-4 years later
*
Indeed bro, for me personally I only try to keep a min 2 year upgrade cycle, tunggu la either S25, S26 or S27. S23U also I barely scratch the tip of the surface. biggrin.gif

I more fatigue with Marvel releases than yearly Samsung releases laugh.gif laugh.gif
*
Marvel nowadays macam pening, here and there. I think they've somewhat hit the peak with Endgame. The rest are now rather meh, with some exceptions.

what is the expected price for 256 (free upgrade to 512)?
*
As I recall, S23U was launched at RM6199 (256GB with free upgrade to 512GB).

I guess it should be around that range.

why, they did not call you to collect the phone?
*
Ya, they never called me until now. So just find any old phone and hentam (check if the IMEI works first) for the additional RM600 rebate for trade-in devices.

Can you share your overall breakdown? Seems the best I can get is only RM4787.70, excluding the SC+ RM461.30, total will be RM5249.

This is without any accessories.

Just now the best I can get is rm4787.. But now cannot already. The best now is rm5249. I think Samsung has fixed the website.
*
Yeah, I echo this. The best is overall RM5249.

Another weird observation is that the RM500 voucher for accessories doesn't seem to knock off the purchase price if you select any accessories.

correct. The 2 yrs care+ can be covered by rm500 free voucher. This is awesome. Last time cannot.
*
You are a genius! Thank you.

Now it all adds up. biggrin.gif Ya, last year the RM500 doesn't knock off the SC+ price.

Managed to add in Samsung Care Plus 2 yrs + Silicone Case to fully utilise the Rm500 E-Voucher (Rm461.30 + Rm37.60 = Rm498.90)

And plus another Rm185 due from Shopback for cashback

Any idea how long Shopback takes to track the cashback?
*
The silicone case is actually RM76.30, hence you will still need to pay an extra RM37.60. The overall purchase price will be RM5249 + RM37.60 = RM5286.60.

Both the Samsung Care Plus & Silicone Case were stacked under the Rm500 E-Voucher

Do the math
*
SC+ = RM461.30
Silicone case = RM76.30

Total = 537.60 (excess of RM37.60)

Correct? Makes sense what I stated earlier?

I did some calculation so hopefully is helpful for you. Just choose “Price after discount" and then plus whichever "Set" you throw in as add-on (or choose your own), and you will get that total and should be the same for everyone. The question about seeing a very low base price such as RM4,787.70 is because Samsung didn't include SC+ 2Yr in the price, so if you add that back you should get the same "Price after discount"

i thought the titanium only the midbody ?
valid until the preorder ends if i not mistaken there is tiny little terms written down there
*
Yeah, I think the titanium only on the frame, the backcover is not.

This is what the fine print says:
6. Titanium is only applied on the device frame. Frame does not include volume and side keys.

After buying the S24U at RM 5251.70, my Shopback only track cashback at RM 86.23. At 3.5% it was supposed to be RM 183. Anyone else have this issue?

Purchased the Ringke Fusion Matte for my phone, been using this case for my S22U and like the feel & quality.
Any recommendation for Tempered Glass screen protector that does not hinder the fingerprint sensor?
I didn't use any SP on my S22U
*
I had the same exact issue in Shopback as you also.

Separate note, may I know where you buy this Ringke Fusion Matte from? Mind to share the link?
