The trade-in is actually done by a third party company, not directly under samsung.

You can use it either by choosing RM500 worth of accessories or skip all the accessories and select the 2 years Care+ instead.
Because the 2 years Care+ is less than RM500, you can still add some low value accessory to bring it closer to RM500 worth

BTW, samsung store now have the phone for testing? Can see can touch? I had the s23ultra previously but it was too heavy and big for me. I was wondering the s24 ultra titanium frame got lessen the weight or not but I saw it just weigh 1 g less than s23ultra

Hi everyone, wanna clarify if Samsung provide the S-pen for 24U as well? As the website only mentioned come with cable only and available for purchase as bundle option..kinda confused
