Ask your opinion, should take power adapter or screen protector?

Case wise I prefer UAG

Managed to add in Samsung Care Plus 2 yrs + Silicone Case to fully utilise the Rm500 E-Voucher (Rm461.30 + Rm37.60 = Rm498.90)

And plus another Rm185 due from Shopback for cashback

Any idea how long Shopback takes to track the cashback?
*
hi in the end how much did you pay? if without offset with samsung points its RM5,286.60 isnt it?

RM4,787.70 phone
RM461.30 samsung +
RM37.60
Total RM5,286.60 right?

Delivery and store pick up, which one is better?
*
People said store pick up is better, as you get to inspect your phone right at the store and if found any defect you can directly file for warranty claim. Downside is that store employee seems always slow in notifying customer when their order arrived. So may get delay a few days.

Delivery is the fastest since it comes straight to you. But the downside is that your package may just get left outside when no one is home or may get toss at.

RM5,187.70 phone
RM51.60 fast charger
RM461.20 samsung care +
=RM5700~

so it means samsung care + isnt stacked under RM500 e voucher isnt it

this price is not inclusive of trade in value
*
Thats why confusing some said the care+ can offset from the RM500 e-voucher?

actually is can, your device price drop from 5,249 to 4,787
but when you check out you need to pay 5,249, which means it is offset with RM500 e voucher

Thanks for clarifying this to everyone

If you do the math of deducting the Rm650 (trade-in) & (Rm400) pre-order voucher the price for the phone only should amount to (Rm6299-Rm650-Rm400) = Rm5249, however , the website reflects Rm4787

Hence Rm5249-Rm4787 = the difference is the cost of the Samsung Care Plus

Hope this clarifies that the Samsung Care plus can be offset against the Rm500 E-Voucher

Store pickup is better. I pre-ordered Flip5 and opted for store pickup. Samsung will send an SMS once the package is ready. The staff were busy since other customers were also there to pick up but that is part of the excitement.. when everyone else is eager to get their device.

I got a different feedback last time when I bought. I still prefer ship to door step. My experience pick up from store.

- The item reached there, but they never called you to pick up. Until I have to call them and only they said... arrived and can come now.

- When I reached there, they asked me if want them help to open and verify. I asked them if I open and not working, can you help me to swap new one? They said they only help to arrange delivery. If open got problem, I have to go back to Samsung Service Center. They cant do anything. Then I straight took it home without open.

When you checkout the device online, it will ask you the delivery address or store pickup. You can select which SES branch to claim the device.
