I will wait for price drop in June/July

Perhaps getting a S23 ultra might not be a bad idea

Yes, Easy360 is the instalment phone plan.
The 260 is their latest and most premium postpaid plan.
I've been going back and forth with Celcom trying to subscribe to this plan since the beginning of this year.
Don't trust what is written on the celcom website, eventually its up to the agents to tell you what is available.
Heck, I wanted to get the S23+ instead but they told me its already no longer available whole malaysia, yet its still shown on their gadget listing.

Of course, its too good to be true.
RM92/mth for 36 months is for Samsung S24 Ultra 512gb is just $3,312, damn cheap.
But.... yeah, approval is another story.
*
They just posted the link for S24 series with premium accessories kit :
https://www.celcomdigi.com/devices/samsung

Probably cause they follow Samsung site (S24 series out and drop off S23 series) hence no stock liao tongue.gif

QUOTE(zhou.xingxing @ Jan 18 2024, 01:51 PM)
lets says looking at s24u 512... under 260 plan,, means u pay 260 (postpaid) + 159 (24 months)?  monthly is 400?
*
260 now have this RM50 rebate lifetime so should be RM210 (exclude SST) / month
But can check entitle for another RM10 rebate as well so become RM200
And if u under any of these companies [https://www.celcomdigi.com/signature] another RM10 x 12 months rebate

Then yes, easy360 become 159 for 24 months.

But still need enquire from CelcomDigi also for better answer, right now all based on their FAQ and TNC

yawor.... but still can sign up digi postpaid right? im on digi60.... so far still having the plan.... speed at 600mbps
*
QUOTE(Feliex @ Jan 18 2024, 03:21 PM)
No More, Easy360 all need to sign to CelcomDigi plan
*
If you currently having a 300mbps fibre and without contract and using Digi 60 above
Can consider getting Plan 260 actually

Example 300mbps fibre nowadays are RM139 from other ISP, combine your digi 60 also paying same amount, right? = RM139 + RM60 = RM199

What's more the 260 give you the current ultimate telco plan, speed and unlimited quota (FUP apply) at about same payment amount (RM260 - RM50 discount - RM10 rebate if applicable)

and you also get the perk of easy360 and family plan 50%

After alnost 11yrs on my Samsung note 3 I finally decided is time to upgrade

My question why nobody order from send heng cause the 1tb is about 68xx something the cheapest I found with no hassle register this and that just pay cash kau tim. Simple why no one order???
*
QUOTE(ijuanp03 @ Jan 18 2024, 03:29 PM)
Also simple..

1. No guaranteed RM650 discount for trade-in.
2. You cannot use the RM400 e-voucher (assuming you registered prior the announcement).
3. No RM500 e-voucher which you can use to buy your phone case/charger/screen protector etc.
4. No Samsung exclusive color

So why are you ordering from Sen Heng?
*
1. Senheng has their own trade in also if you check https://www.senheng.com.my/trade-in-rebate
2. There is RM400 which if you physically visit them, they will manually key it in (Their online website also able to claim this RM400, too)
3. They give Free Galaxy buds2Pro
4. This one cannot deny tongue.gif
5. Plus One member get additional 1 year warranty by Senheng
6. Plus One member gets 2% coinback

To answer,
1. SenHeng's trade in program is not as enticing as Samsung's. You see, I can trade in a non-working phone (RM0 value) but still get the RM650 discount.
2. No need to physically visit the store to manually key-in as we are ordering online. Less hassle instantly deduct from total amount.
3. Free galaxy buds2Pro vs RM500 e-voucher ~ the versatility of choosing what free accessories you want so Samsung Online still wins.
4. Yes to exclusive colors

Differ pro and con but still depends on users' choice icon_rolleyes.gif

Another thing is Senheng S-coin utilisation if the user have a lot
(Mine I still have RM1.2k worth coins in my account sweat.gif )

QUOTE(Spawny @ Jan 28 2024, 10:02 PM)
Spend almost 5 hours in Samsung shop in Sunway to settle my wife's S24 ultra, while trading in her S22 Ultra, after I got back I received a barrage of complain from my wife....

The major complain is the freaking display, I don't know why the S24U display appears more grayish than black, and the color DOES NOT pop up even on vivid. She basically said why she trade her phone for a less nicer display than her S22U, I was totally speechless because I did not notice the color was so dull. She hated all the sample photo image she took from the S24U cause all looks dull and washed out.

On S24U, apparently there was a new setting on the display that was ON by default, its called "Adapted color" which was not present on my S23+. after turning it off the screen became abit better, but its still not as vivid as my S23+.

Looking on the reddit forums, it appears there are a lot of people are saying the same thing, I do hope this will be fixed in a software patch because Vivid and Natural mode as nearly identical in color and I do not know how to calm my wife now...
*
Same happened to my S23FE that time when received and immediately seeing the color feels dull when compare to my last Samsung phone - Z Flip 3

But actually i really dun like the super vivid (unnatural color) of previous sammy phone.

Prefer true tone or natural - personal preference
Too vivid leads to very fake feel.

Its ok if you prefer the Natural display setting, but the Vivid option is not available for the rest of ofher users which angers them so much. Why Samsung phones can have vivid colors is because of the display tech on the AMOLED screen, but not having it Vivid the color is no much different than a standard LCD screen.
