I'm not sure on this cuz I didn't go that deep onto the discussion with the authorities, but I believe still needs to pay. Tak kan all the strata condos no need to pay the cukai harta kan? tongue.gif

Not sure abt how it is managed in JB, but in majestic we still need to pay cukai tanah and cukai tafsiran.

I think cukai tafsiran is same with the cukai harta, maybe in JB it is called cukai harta, based on the value given by Bandaraya to calculate the amount to be paid to them.

Satu Malaysia all states same same, we need to pay 1)cukai tanah to pej tanah 2)cukai pintu to town council (as in cukai tafsiran you mentioned) regardless of individual or strata title

And my maintenance fee is almost 4 times increased compare to my old house security fee, and cukai tafsiran also become double due to higher value, heard might be raised again in next year. Don't know what basis Bandaraya used to give that value, if it can be used as value for selling to new buyer then I can earn alot, lol

So strata confirmed cost more than individual title no doubt.

May I know what is TC?

I believe this video capture well done on the eco spring surrounding. Main reason was the youtuber live there, so got lot time to exploring and taking photo/video.

Security fee for old house was only RM60 per mth.

Now is abt RM195 per mth including sinking fund.

Cukai tafsiran is abt 400++ compare to 180 paid for old house

No oh, my one is new house and just done the MOT for strata title. Need another 30 years later only can discharge, hahahaha.

Not Selangor, Eco spring 1st phase
My MOT done long ago. My hakmilik sementara don't have that caption like your photoshoot.

Anyway, my gonna discharge by next year. Let's see the geran
