Hi all. I'm sorry if this has been answered resolutely before. I tried going back the last 10 pages and I think the issue is no longer present but just wanted to confirm.

Obviously the MY set pricing is ridiculous. So I've been looking at the "global" sets on shopee (priced around 3k) where they take the china version and flash to global firmware.

My question is there still a chance for the phone to be region locked after using? This appeared to be the concern in the early batches but the past few pages seem to reassure me the issue is no longer there...

Got from Lazada Smartdeveil official store and installed myself. Got around RM4x 2 pcs.

Screwed up on the 1st pieces because of uneven glue applied. Using the 2nd piece, so far ok to me. It's feel smooth and silky. Can't avoid on the Fingerprint on the TG but it is easy to clean it off.

Flash to global firmware does not mean it's region unlocked.

To unlock region is another step to do.

If you got region locked after using, refer back to seller and ask them fix it.

The sellers claim they unlock before selling. My question is whether there is a chance the set may be somehow locked again after usage?

No.. Once they key the unlock code into the phone, the phone will be unlocked for good. Those phones that got region lock has never been unlocked before, only flashed from Color OS to Oxygen OS.

I find the original backcover that came in the box to be quite good and I ordered another one. I prefer original cases. I bought another clear tpu case from IMAK and its nice if you prefer clear cases. The rear cameras are protected with the IMAK clear casing.

im using ringke fusion x. will be a bit bulky but feels safe and protected even if accidentally dropped the phone. most important is it doesn't disturb phone use like side swipe screen still works, buttons press all work great and cutting seems perfect.

this casing hugs the side quite high but since i'm using original screen protector so it feels good for me, screen becomes almost flat not curved. not sure whether it will affect if using 3rd party tempered glass or not..

hello everyone,i was thinking to get OnePlus Ace 3 over 12R,first of all because of the price,second certain aspect like Ace 3 UFS 4.0 instead of 12R 3.1 and such,but from the seller i want to buy,he/she said it will come with ColorOS instead of OxygenOS,i don't mind about it,but is it possible for me to get google working?and non mandarin reading person,will that become a major problem?

Direct D should have it in store. But be prepared to pay a little bit more for it.

Go to APK Pure or APK Mirror and install Play Store. But take note, some features like GPay may or may not work.

I never once used the Super Vocc charger because I believe super fast charging will shorten the lifespan of the battery.

Though Oneplus states that the heat will be at the charger and not at the phone battery.

Hehe I'm also just using the OnePlus 7pro charger.. still super fast charging but only 30W iinm..hopefully battery lasts longer
